Energy Star TVs use 25% less energy, on average, than standard models of the same size.

Look for the Energy Star or Energy Guide label. Smaller TVs use less energy, so choose a TV the right size for your viewing space. Getting only the features you really want and will appreciate can save energy too, as adding more features typically increases energy consumption.

Saves energy in all operating modes, including 'sleep', 'idle', and 'on'. They use less than 1 watt in 'sleep' mode.

Smallest TV screen in the world? Eyescreen - about the size of your thumbnail. Largest? The Zeus TV from Titan Screens - 370 inches diagonally, which is about 430 square feet of area. We're not even going to ask how much power it uses.
